Your Floating House
Floating House in Grado consisting of a living room with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, sink, fridge and freezer, dining table and a large sofa bed for one person.
Consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with wooden slats and a polyurethane mattress with a 2-door wardrobe and blackout curtains, and one with two single beds. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with a panoramic glass door.
It is also equipped with a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. Equipped with hot/cold inverter air conditioning. Solarium on walkable roof equipped with deckchairs.

Grado, the island of the sun, is an excellent starting point to discover the hinterland.
A few kilometres away are Aquileia, a Unesco site since 1998, and Palmanova, a Unesco heritage fortress city.
Taking the sea route, you will discover the whole lagoon with its islands and the “casoni”.
The island of Barbana, known worldwide for its sanctuary dedicated to Our Lady, is presumed to have been an ancient lazaret and refuge for travellers.
The island of Anfora is a small fishermen’s island with the trattoria ‘Ai Ciodi‘
The Banco D’Orio is a long, wide strip of soft golden sand, wildly fascinating, free, immersed in an unspoilt nature, where many species of birds nest, accessible only by boat.
